What this is
Nine Klaviyo flows from an eight-figure footwear brand, pulled apart so another brand can rebuild them. Every flow page shows how the flow works day by day, how to set it up, and each message with a copy-ready template.
How to review
- Open a flow below. Read the playbook at the top, then the messages listed at the bottom of the page.
- Open a message. The template is in the code block. Edit it in place if it needs work.
- Set the message's Status to Reviewed when it is ready. Leave it as Draft if it needs another pass.
- Legacy messages are the brand's pre-2026 emails. They still exist in the account but receive no traffic. Review them only if you want to sell them.
Nothing on this page reaches buyers. The publish step copies Reviewed messages into the customer pages and leaves the originals, screenshots and revenue figures here.
